What is Evergold?
Evergold (EVG) is a commodity finance token offered by EVX Holdings, Pte. Ltd, a company registered in Singapore to assist cryptocurrency enthusiasts with fast and convenient hedge of price volatility risk, when they hold crypto or even Stablecoins. One EVG token represents one fine gram of gold in a LBMA certified 1 kg gold bar. EVG tokens can be fractionalized and traded up to 4 decimal places (i.e. in increments as small as 0.001 gram).
What is the benefit of owning EVG token?
Owning physical assets on the blockchain provides holders with the combined benefits of both physical and digital assets. EVG token holder will be able to enjoy ownership of gold while avoiding drawbacks associated with physical gold, such as high storage fees, insurance costs and limited accessibility or transportability.
How do I buy and sell EVG and at what price?
Purchase or sale of EVG Tokens is conducted only for USD pegged Stablecoins, such as USDT or USDC. For such trading you will need to operate any ERC20 token wallet or register for EVG Token Wallet. The EVG token pricing is provided in real time with adjusted sales commission.
Are EVG Tokens redeemable for physical gold?
Yes. A minimum of 1000 EVG tokens corresponds with 1 kg of LBMA approved gold bullion bars, available for pickup from licensed and bonded vault in Singapore. You will need to have a verified account with Evergold to execute physical bar(s) redemption. The service charge is $100.
What is the minimum purchase of EVG tokens?
You can buy EVG from 200 USDT/C amount and sell from 2 grams (or 2 tokens).
I don’t have USDT/USDC, what should I do?
If you own any cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin or ether, you can easily convert it to USDT or USDC Stablecoins via a number of global exchanges. For the residents of EU and UK, we will offer conversion of Euro and GBP to either USDT/C or directly to EVG tokens in the very near future. US residents can convert USD to USDC at no charge with Coinbase or Circle and to USDT with Kraken of Binance US. Contact our support for more assistance on this.
